Louhi Networks - improved online sales channel to webshop with Pilvi™ Shop

Finnish hosting company Louhi Networks has recognized that with the insurgence of global cloud service providers into the local hosting scene, Hosting companies are being forced to adapt and re-position themselves to face the upcoming business climate.

As part of a 5 year contract with Pilvi, Louhi Networks has improved their online sales channel with a brand new state-of-the-art webshop which offers Louhi a new way to sell all of their products through one fully centralized place. Customer of Louhi can now order Domains, Webhotels, Virtual Servers, Amazon EC servers, Microsoft Exchange and much more. Louhi plans to add Google for Work, IBM Softlayer serves, Microsoft Lync and a vast array of others, while still maintaining the local support and maintenance from Louhi which their customers are accustomed to.

Aim

Louhi through partnership and the delivery of the Pilvi e-commerce platform, will have the first branded Pilvi Cloud Shop in their name. Through the use of their own Pilvi Cloud Shop, Louhi Networks, aims to increase its 2015 sales by 20%.

Implementation

Louhi, as the first Pilvi e-commerce platform partner worked in close cooperation with Pilvi, not only in the wake of adding to and refocusing its own business strategies to face the future cloud services climate, but also in the continuing development of the Pilvi Platform itself.

With Louhi positioning itself to also become a broker of the newest and most sought after of global cloud service products, while not forgetting its own prior core-business concepts, the Pilvi Platform was an ideal solution to their current needs.

Louhi and Pilvi developed a tailored made shop to fit the exact needs of Louhi, Pilvi will be integrated Louhi Networks existing back-end systems into the newly designed e-commerce shop. Which enabled Louhi to add a whole new offering without losing a step in their current businesses.

In the next phase the current Louhi management interface for customers will be improved upon using the Pilvi™ Console prodct.
